Topless Waiters Payment & Cancellations
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with the remainder due no later than 7 days prior to your event.
A full refund (minus the non-refundable $50.00 deposit) will be granted for any changes/cancellations with more than 7 days written notice prior to your event.
No refund is available for any changes/cancellations with less than 7 days written notice prior to your event.
We accept payments via direct bank deposit and PayPal.
Minimum Booking to hire our topless waiters in Brisbane.
The minimum booking arrangement for this service is 1 topless waiter for a period of 2 hours.
Our topless waiters will greet and seat your guests, serve drinks and canapés, assist with party games, pose for photos and even help tidy up prior to leaving your event.
Our gorgeous topless waiters wear only black dress pants, a waist apron and bow tie – just enough to provide some mouth watering eye candy, leaving the rest to your imagination.
Not all of our topless waiters are trained bartenders, so we ask that you provide cocktail recipes for our waiters to follow if you wish them to prepare drinks for you and your guests. Please note that Topless Waiters Sunshine Coast do not supply food or drinks.
Topless Waiters are sophisticated entertainment option for your next celebration and as such, stripping and lap-dancing are strictly not part of this service.
You are more than welcome to take photos of our gorgeous topless waiters. All we ask is that you kindly share them with us. Please email any photos to us If you send us any photographs taken at the event you unconditionally and irrevocably agree that we may use these photographs for promotional purposes on the Topless Waiters Sunshine Coast website, third party websites, brochures and other marketing materials.
Topless Waiters can travel for small travel fee is required for travel outside of these areas.
Our Topless Waiters are available for a range of events including, but not limited to, hen’s parties, corporate functions, ladies nights, product launches, private parties and fundraising events.
We will aim to cater for your topless waiter preference, but due to circumstances out of our control (illness or availability) we are unable to guarantee this. We advise that you list several waiters in order of preference.
As the event organiser it is your responsibility to ensure a safe and clean working environment for the waiter providing the agreed upon service. Our topless waiter/s reserve the right to immediately cease working if they believe the environment is unsafe.
If our topless waiter/s believe that they are being dealt with or spoken to in a disrespectful or degrading manner, they reserve the right to immediately cease work. As the event organiser, it is your responsibility to advise your guests prior of this condition.

Written permission from Topless Waiters Sunshine Coast is required prior to the reproduction of any images or literature within this website.
Delays or Non-Attendance
In the extremely unlikely event of your Topless Waiter not attending your function due to an unforeseen and unavoidable circumstance immediately preceding your event such as illness, breakdown or accident that results in Topless Waiters Sunshine Coast being unable to provide a replacement at short notice, you will be entitled to a full refund including your initial deposit.
If your topless waiter(s) is delayed due to unforeseeable traffic conditions, illness or some other circumstance out of their control, they will attempt to contact you directly to inform you. Please allow for an approximate 15 minute grace period for unexpected delays.
Indemnity & Release Agreement / Liability
Upon booking with a Topless Waiter as the event organiser you accept and agree to the following terms of liability. We acts as a booking agent that engages the service of independent sub-contractors. Sub-contractors are not staff – the sub-contractor is totally responsible for their own public liability insurance and professional indemnity to adequately cover any liability insurances they may incur. We do not accept responsibility for any action of the sub-contractor in the performance of the contract with Topless Waiters in brisbane. Simply put, any injury to persons or damage to property caused by a sub-contractor is a legal matter between the client and the sub-contractor.
Any complaints should be communicated within 48 hours in writing to us and will respond within 5 working days of receipt within the period stated above.
If you wish to change the date, time or location of your event, you need to provide us with a minimum of 7 days notice. These changes may be subject to additional charges.
If at any time you wish to extend the number of hours or number of waiters for which you require, you need to contact us immediately. You will be charged accordingly for the additional hours.
If your event is scheduled for a weekend and you are wishing to contact us in regards to your booking, please do so by 4pm on the Friday before.
